The Space:
If you are looking for a cozy and relaxing home with fully updated amenities, look no further! Our cozy brick bungalow will have you feeling right "at home" from the moment you enter. Our living room has two futons that can be utilized for additional sleeping options if needed. The large 50" TV is complete with Roku, allowing guests to stream their favorite TV shows while relaxing. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to settle in and cook a meal. Guests have access to a washer and dryer off the kitchen as well. A small dining room with a table and chairs accomodating up to 4 connects the living room and the kitchen making entertaining or spending time with family a breeze.
Four generous-sized bedrooms provide an option for everyone in your group! Bedroom #1 has a twin over a twin bunk bed, perfect for the kids. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed, and bedroom #4 has a twin-size day bed. Our home has two full bathrooms with shower/tub combos. The backyard offers great space to entertain family and friends. A deck complete with a grill and a fully fenced backyard is the perfect place to end your day.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
