A short distance from the house is access to a nature trail leading to the Savannah River, where you can see wildlife popular to the area and enjoy a private dock. Close to the home is the Savannah Rapids recreation area and several grocery stores and restaurants. The space is available for the Women’s and Men’s Masters Tournament.
The Space
Five bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queen and 1 Double bed), 5 bath (3 full, 1 jack/jill and 1 powder room), updated kitchen includes quartz counter tops, all kitchen amenities with seating for 8. There is additional seating for 8 in the dinning room and 6 on the deck. Large fenced in private outdoor space with in-ground gas grill and outdoor fire pit. Master bedroom, kitchen area and family rooms are outfitted with large flat-screen TV’s with access to ESPN, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Hulu and DirectStream streaming service. AT&T fiber WiFi access provided. A treadmill in the Master suite will give the exercise enthusiasts access to their necessary daily workout.
