The home is only 2 miles from the Charlotte Hornets' NBA arena where the Republican National Convention will be held, and only a 10 minute drive to the Airport. The home is 1 mile from Charlotte Panthers NFL stadium.
Across the street from the home, there is a neighborhood park with newly renovated tennis and basketball courts. Just a quick walk from the home is a greenway with walking trails, a dog park, and a neighborhood brewery!

Guests will have access to the entire home. The master suite, located on the first floor, has recently been upgraded with a new, queen-sized memory foam mattress and marble tile in the bathroom. The 2nd full bathroom is also located upstairs.
All 3 guest bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary guest bedroom has a queen-sized, memory foam bed, while the other two guest bedrooms have a full-sized, memory foam bed.
Feel free to utilize the kitchen and laundry during your stay. Additionally, you are welcome to relax on either our front or back porch, each having its own relaxing swing.
