We love celebration, but it has to be pre-approved.
LUXR HUB A is a thoughtfully curated space, not a party house. If you'd like to host a small gathering, dinner, or special occasion, we’re happy to consider it. Just message us first.

+ $150 cleaning fee applies
Event deposit may be required depending on guest count
Quiet hours still apply: 10PM–8AM
Unauthorized Parties = Immediate Termination
This home is protected by noise-monitoring devices (100% privacy safe) and monitored per VRBO policy.
If an unauthorized party is detected through noise spikes, neighbor reports, or camera-verified exterior activity:
Reservation will be terminated immediately, without refund
A minimum $500 fee will be charged
Law enforcement may be contacted if needed

Only Registered Guests Allowed
Only guests listed in your reservation may enter or stay on the property
No unapproved visitors or overnight guests

Cleaning Etiquette
We don’t expect perfection — just basic courtesy.
Here’s what we ask at checkout:
Place used towels in the laundry area
Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher & start a cycle
Take out trash if full (bins are outside the gate, left side of the home)
We’ll handle the rest with our professional cleaning team.
Damages & Excess Mess
Major damage, excessive mess, missing items, or violation of house rules will result in added charges
We conduct thorough walk-throughs after each stay to maintain our high standards
Please let us know about any accidents — honesty is always respected
No Illegal Substances or Weapons
No illegal drugs or activity of any kind
No firearms or weapons permitted on the property
Any violation of this policy will result in removal and a report to VRBO
Content Creation & Podcast Use
Yes — this space was built for creatives.
You’re welcome to film content or record audio — but if your gear, team size, or setup goes beyond a typical guest stay, please let us know in advance. We're happy to approve legit creators and even assist with space layout if needed.
