If you are working or visiting in the area, this luxurious executive home will make your downtime feel like a vacation! It doesn't need to be all work and no play! Enjoy your free time by reading next to the pool, cooking on one of the three grills ready for your use, or golfing on the country club golf course next to the neighborhood. The gorgeous golf course is .8 miles away at the Brentwood Country Club. We welcome long-term stays.
The Space:
This is a pristine luxury home, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and comfortably sleeps 8 people. With high sweeping ceilings, and lovely natural light, this one-story beautifully decorated home has every amenity you could possibly want and is yours for the living and relaxing.
When you walk through the vaulted foyer, there is a spacious office on the right, and an elegant dining room on the left that seats ten. Step through into the vaulted living area and settle into the luxurious leather sectional for visiting or movie watching. The open concept home flows smoothly into the casual dining nook (seating 6 at the table and 4 more at the counter bar) and the dream kitchen with all the quality amenities necessary for any master chef or passionate cook.
The entire living area overlooks the professionally maintained yard and pool, including the outdoor entertainment area. This area is comfortably furnished with plenty of places to sit and visit, eat, read, play, and cook. The patio has a heater for the cooler months, and a ceiling fan for the hotter season. Much of the patio is covered and bedecked with string lights, and you'll be able to comfortably sit outside and watch the game on the outdoor TV.
Back inside the home, the fully-equipped laundry room and half bath (for guests and pool access) are right off the kitchen, and then you can step down the private hall to the double doors of the sprawling master suite. The master bedroom has a pillow-top King-size bed and a large television for late-night Netflix, and has plenty of clothes storage for our longer-term guests. There is a large double-sink luxury ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet, and a separate tub and shower combination. There is another ensuite bedroom that is furnished with a queen bed and also has its own TV. The middle bedroom has double bunks (please note the top bunk is suitable only for children). [If you are a longer-term guest and would prefer a Queen size bed in that room, I am happy to arrange that in place of the bunk bed. Please let me know well in advance of your arrival so I can make the necessary arrangements.] This bedroom shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with the front bedroom, which is also furnished with a queen size pillow-top bed.
The elegant home backs up to lush greenbelt in a quiet master-planned community in south Beaumont and is within walking distance to the Brentwood Country Cub.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a studio apartment and billiards room over the garage that is rented separately on AirBnb. *****There may be a guest staying in the studio apartment during your own stay in the Main House.*****
Please be aware that the studio guest will have access to the pool and outdoor entertainment area. If you would like complete privacy, please inquire on the availability of bundling the studio apartment into your rental.
Guest Access:
The entire property is fenced and the driveway is secured by a wrought iron gate, which opens and closes manually. You will have full use of the professionally maintained sparkling pool area and the outdoor entertainment area (patio and TV and grills). Please be aware that there may be a guest staying in the studio apartment over the 3-car garage. However, if you would like the entire property to yourself, then I can make those arrangements - please inquire.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a lovely high-end neighborhood of Beaumont, this property backs up to a lush greenbelt and borders the nearby Brentwood Country Club.
Getting Around:
This property is located inside a master-planned community and there is no access to public transportation. So having your own vehicle is necessary for getting around.

The House Manual is sent to you via your booking channel or email, as are my recommendations for all things local! It is also available in a binder on the desk in the office.
