Bella Casa is a private gated Mediterranean inspired community which includes large heated pool, tennis/pickleball court, state of the art work out facility, and spacious clubhouse. Master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen television, large double sink full bath with large shower and an expansive walk-in closet. Just off the Master bedroom is a large screened in lanai overlooking a luscious green common area. Second bedroom has two twin size beds, a large flat screen television and a large closet area. Third bedroom comes with a couch, ottoman and another large closet. Both the couch and ottoman convert into beds. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are included for your comfort. Just off the second bedroom is another double sink full bath. The second bedroom and bath can be closed off for your guests privacy. A fully furnished living room comes complete with a 55-inch flat screen television, ottoman and large three sleeper sectional couch. Enjoy the view and breeze of the large brick paver patio just off the living room. A gorgeous dining room completes the look of this great tropical escape get-away. A washer and dryer sit right off the kitchen but close it away with attached doors. Stainless steel appliances are included throughout the kitchen, which also includes all cookware and utensils to help create your best tempting meals. Small dogs allowed but sorry no cats and no smoking allowed.
Our Bella Casa condominium has easy access to all the local shops and restaurants, which are many! Fresh Florida citrus just 5 minutes away, Interstate 75 10 minutes away, Florida’s RSW international airport just 15 minutes away and Fort Myers beach 20 minutes away.
