There is also an outside shower, and a separate fish cleaning station. The upper levels of the home will not be occupied during your stay. The outside space is not shared, it will be exclusive for you and your guests. There is an access 'hole' in the pool to swim from the inside pool to the outside pool. The kids and adults both love it! Private floating dock and boat ramp with two jet ski lifts. The boat ramp gives access to the canals leading to beautiful ocean views. Elevated balcony over the ramp that's perfect for stargazing or just hanging out and relaxing. In the house, additional to the indoor pool and hot tub, there is a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom w/ queen size bed and a living room with a queen size pull out sofa bed. A queen size air mattress is also available. The kitchen has gas stovetop/oven, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, and coffee pot.
