With enough outdoor seating to accompany more than 12 people, comfort is a focus while offering the guests enough space to not feel crowded. The upper deck offers both a covered sitting and grilling area, while the downstairs deck offers a little more privacy with a 8 person hot tub that is always going and is more than inviting.
The house was designed with a main floor open concept so that there is always an easy way of sharing good conversations as well as the frequent good laughs shared amongst good people. The gas stone fireplace that goes 30' up from floor to ceiling is a warm draw for all, especially when lounging on one of the couches or loveseats that adorn the room.
