The space
Nestled in the quiet, prestigious gated Country Club Community of April Sound, we are honored to host you in our modern, luxury oasis that has been recently remodeled and furnished to ensure a relaxing stay.

First Floor:

All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, as well as 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms feature room darkening shades, ceiling fans, extra blankets, and new memory foam mattresses.

The first bedroom offers an attached bathroom, tons of natural light and a sliding glass door to the front patio. The room also includes a king size bed, Roku smart TV, and walk-in closet to guarantee a cozy stay.

The second bedroom is pirate themed, with a pirate ship twin bunk bed, handmade pirate quilts, and an antique trunk said to have been seized from real pirates. The room also includes a queen size bed and a closet.

The cozy third bedroom contains a queen size bed and a Roku smart TV, perfect for watching a movie before bed. This room also includes a closet.

The second full bathroom is located in the hallway, along with the laundry room that contains a full size washer & dryer as well as complimentary detergent.

Second Floor:

Enjoy the open layout upstairs that features a large wall of windows that boast stunning views of Lake Conroe. The living room has a new couch with room for everybody to watch a movie or catch the latest game on the 80" Roku Smart TV. The third full bathroom is conveniently located upstairs so that you don't miss a second!

Enjoy early mornings on the lake with coffee from our complimentary coffee bar. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating for 4 people. Pick a game from the treasure chest to play at our spacious dining table.

Gather around the fire pit on cushioned outdoor seating to take in the magnificent lake views from the covered patio. Watch sunsets from the hanging chair or challenge your group to a hook & ring contest!

Community Amenities: Conveniently located near the clubhouse which offers resort-style amenities.

Enjoy any of the four sparkling pools: a family-friendly pool with a rock climbing wall, a kids' pool, a wading pool, and an adults-only pool that features a hot tub and cabana bar for poolside refreshments. The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend from 10am-6pm.

Unwind at the 27-hole Championship Golf Course which consists of 3 courses: the White Nine, the Blue Nine, and the 9-hole Executive Course. The Golf House is open from 7am-5 pm.

The fitness center offers cardio equipment, weight machines and a studio room that can be used for yoga, stretching or other exercises. Open 4:30am-10pm.

The country club restaurant overlooks Lake Conroe and offers delectable meals on a first come/first serve basis. Open 11am-9pm on weekdays, 8am-9pm Saturday, and 8am-5pm Sunday.

Other community amenities include neighborhood parks and tennis/pickleball courts. April Sound is a quiet neighborhood and many guests enjoy taking walks along the lake and around the neighborhood.

Guest access
Access to community amenities require a fee which is paid to the Country Club, as detailed in the Renter Access Agreement. See the "The Space" section for hours of operation .

Community Amenities Access:

● Temporary Access Cards: The Club will generate and provide temporary access cards for all individuals listed on the Renter Access Agreement. Each adult Renter (18 years or older) is required to present an approved photo ID at the reception desk and complete any necessary Club documents. Subsequently, the Renter Fee will be invoiced to the Sponsoring Member's Club account.

● Renter Fees:
Weekend Charge (up to three consecutive days, not necessarily over the weekend):

Family of up to five people (two adults and three children under 23) = $100.00
Each additional family member under 23 = $10.00
Each single adult = $50.00
Weekly Charge (four to seven consecutive days):

Family of up to five people (two adults and three children under 23) = $150.00
Each additional family member under 23 = $15.00
Each single adult = $75.00
Renter Fees are non-refundable, subject to applicable taxes, and may be subject to future increases. Refer to the Renter Access Agreement for further details.

● Renter Access:
In accordance with the terms of the Renter Access Agreement, Renters will enjoy access to the Club's amenities, excluding boat ramps per April Sound POA regulations. Renters do not possess charging privileges and must adhere to the Club's standard dress code policy, along with all rules, regulations, and policies governing access to amenities.
