Apartamentos Chimenea Playa is located in the beautiful Chimenea area on the hills just above Burriana beach (approx. 400 meters). The building is relatively new. The apartment is on the second of three floors. Elevator exist. The whole apartment is very bright and each room has a lovely view as well as direct access to the large private terrace. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen there is a hall, living room, toilet, two bedrooms and laundry & drying space. All rooms are newly painted and furniture is new and fresh. The building also has a general roof terrace with spectacular 360 degree views. No smoking indoors. No animals. High speed Wifi and air conditioning are included in the rent. The nearby Burriana beach has many restaurants, bars and small shops. The Inner Center and Balcón de Europa are within easy walking distance. There are, among other things, two large grocery stores and a tennis center within easy walking distance - a bit up the hill at N-340.
