Very Private and Totally Remodeled. Only a 5 minute walk to the most wonderful sandy beach. You don't need a rental car, as you are close enough to walk to beach and all the restaurants, shopping and night life while enjoying our quiet neighborhood. The unit has been totally remodeled and has a full equipped kitchen. Outdoor gas grill available. There is a trolley system on the beach which you can ride up and down the 7 mile island. Located close to the bridge so you can easily get an UBER. Hurry its renting fast. Pet Friendly We are a 5 minute walk our SUNNY Beach. The Local beach access is just across the street from us. 1/2 mile to the square where the local fishing pier is located. Catch the Trolly at the end of the street. Private neighborhood located close to all Ft. Myers Beach Attractions. You have it all! You don't need a the Taxi's sit at the end of the street. Walk to restaurants, beach.
