Summary: Whoever was working the front desk Sunday 1/25 @8:30pm was 0% helpful. I'd circled the lot several times trying to find a place to park in your parking lot that hadn't had snow removal come through for many hours, so there were no spots I could get our minivan parked in. I wound up stuck on the driveway part inside the parking lot and while waiting for my husband to come try to push me out, called the front desk to make sure the hotel was aware of the condition of their lot. When I said I was stuck, she showed no empathy. When I asked if the snowplow company would be coming through again that evening she said she didn't know, but they were probably busy. Duh. She stated another vehicle was also stuck and the owners had decided to just leave it there that night. The minivan was a rental, and we were not going to leave it where it could be hit by a car or snowplow, so this was not a valid option. My husband was able to push our vehicle out (it took about 20 minutes) and we drove around to the front office to get help on where we could park our vehicle. We parked in the drop off lane right outside the front doors. We walked in and explained we couldn't find a place to park, she asked where we were parked, and then told us to leave it there. I was concerned about the rental vehicle being towed and she said they would call us if it needed moved. We were not going to risk that. We asked if they had snow shovels so we could clear our own parking spot. She said they might have some..
