The master suite features a king-sized bed, with two queen beds and two twin beds spread across the other bedrooms—ideal for families or groups traveling together.

The space:
The home features three bedrooms. The main suite includes a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. Across the hallway is the second bedroom with two twin beds, and just one door down is a third bedroom with a queen bed. A second full bathroom is also located in this hallway.
Downstairs in the basement, there’s an additional queen-sized Murphy bed that folds down from a cabinet. It's always ready for use but can be put away upon request to provide extra space. The basement also includes an 85-inch TV with surround sound—perfect for movie nights—as well as a half bathroom located inside the laundry room.
The top floor offers an open-concept layout with the kitchen and living room flowing together, making it ideal for entertaining or family gatherings. The pub-style dining table seats several, and additional barstool seating behind the sofa allows all eight guests to eat together comfortably.
We always provide enough coffee for at least your first morning—whether you prefer using the Keurig or the drip coffee maker.

For security, there are three exterior cameras positioned at entry points along the sides of the house. These are in place for the safety of both guests and hosts.

Guest access:
Access to the home is via WiFi Lock with a unique code for each guest that will be provided the week of check-in.

Other things to note:
The home is built on a hill, and the driveway is somewhat steep. If any guests may have difficulty with the incline, we recommend having someone enter through the main door and open the sliding glass door in the basement to provide easier access. Entering the main front door, there are about four steps up to the main floor and a full flight of stairs down to the basement.
