Living room provides 60" flat screen tv and LP gas fireplace. Open floor plan also features a water view through French doors off the living room leading to screened and covered gulf-side deck. Separate seating area upstairs with additional TV. House amenities wifi & cable, dvd player, and parking and covered stairwell under house. Fully stocked kitchen boasts quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, microwave drawer, 5-burner solid electric cook top. Coffee bar offers both Keurig and drip coffee makers.
