CeCe's Beach House is located on the top (3rd floor) with unobstructed gulf front view from windows across the entire back of the condominium. It lies steps from the water in the heart of 30A, close to both Destin and Seaside but far away from the crowds. This property is perfect for your family's beach getaway or for couples. It is especially accommodating for multi-generational families with an elevator for the grandparents and a pool for the kids. There is a spacious living area, three full bedrooms and baths, seasonally heated pool, and a 30 foot balcony. Paradise found!

At 305 you have a perfect view not only from the balcony but from the kitchen, dining, and living area.
