The home has two large master suites, an office suite, a beautiful living room, an updated kitchen and relaxing family room. The property backs up to a very nice double wide golf course and the home comes with access to the community center with a pool and clubhouse if you book for more than a month. There is a large, covered patio in the back, which is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, as well as the occasional hot air balloon. It has spacious uplifting 12 Ft ceilings.
The stars are incredible at night. During the right time of the year you can see the meteor showers which are spectacular!.
You can easily drive to Sedona in 15 minutes and avoid the heavy traffic congestion of properties directly in town. It is close to shopping and restaurants in Cottonwood and lovely Jerome is a short ride away. It is a very safe and friendly community. You will have the wonderful feeling of space in this home.
