The Space:
Walk in to a beautifully renovated home with an open kitchen living area. Have the ability to cook yourself a home cook meal on a gas stove in a well lit living area. Complimentary bottled water is available in the full size refrigerator.
Enjoy your morning on the porch with a cup of coffee using the complimentary K-cups or hot tea with the kettle.
There are three spacious bedrooms all with queen size beds and closets.
The main bedroom has a desk and chair to set up and work if needed. Stackable washer and dryer available in the main bedroom.
Each bathroom has a blow-dryer and there is also an iron and ironing board for your use!
The doors to the back porch are through the main bedroom. Large back patio to enjoy a nice relaxing evening.

An Important Note:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay on property! For example: If your reservation is for 4 people and something changes and 6 people are going to stay, you must request a change in the reservation! This is done for both of our protection! If the guests are not updated to the correct amount of people we will terminate your stay immediately.

Entire driveway is available for guest use. Can fit multiple cars/trucks.
Other Things to Note:
Extra Cleaning Fee:
A $250 fee will be applied to any stays where the house is left trashed beyond normal cleaning.
A $500 fee will be applied to any stays where smoke of any kind is found inside the house.
An FYI:
There is an onsite storage house directly behind the house. No one will be entering during your visit and we will message beforehand if we do need to access for some reason.
