Summary: since I entered the Chalet, There was a strong, unbearable smell in the room that made it very uncomfortable to stay in, the room is not clean, the aqua park water looked green like a canal, The buffet is very poor no food variety The staff is good( receptionist) but the house keeping department is not acceptable.
