The Space:
Our studio apartment is furnished with a queen bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
The pool is available to guests but we cannot guarantee availability due to routine maintenance or unforeseen issues/closures. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
You’re in a wonderful spot of Charlotte! If you don’t feel like preparing a meal yourself, you’re in luck! Surrounding your stay are endless options for local dining experiences. Looking to get some fresh air? There is an abundance of parks that provide sights, walking trails, biking trails, and recreational fields. You’re also located near Dilworth. This is Charlette’s oldest neighborhood and is home to block parties and festivals that hold the same history as the streets. This charming area offers both visitors and locals year-round fun!
Getting Around:
Traveling throughout the city is easy with the many offered options for transportation. Charlotte’s transit system, CATS, offers over 70 local routes that can give you a ride 7-days a week. The streetcar system connects neighborhoods to business and educational facilities and is also available all week. If you’re looking to travel in a more active way, there are many bike-share programs scattered throughout the city! Due to the popularity of the area, services such as Lyft and Uber are also easily accessible.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
