This home is conveniently located just 13 minutes from Augusta National Golf Club and surrounded by an abundance of options for shopping and dining. Just 17 minutes to historic downtown Augusta.
Walking into this colonial style home and be met with an abundance of southern charm and style. Upon entry, you’ll find yourself in a spacious entryway that leads you to every area in the home with ease.
To the right you’ll find the first of two living spaces which includes ample seating, a shuffleboard table and entertainment system with smart tv. Off this room you’ll also find the dining space with seating for 8 guests.
The kitchen can be found in the center of the home making sharing culinary creations a breeze. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials including pots, pans, cookware, bakeware, small appliances and more. Our Kuerig Duo coffee maker allows you to make full pots or individual servings. Coffee, sweetener and creamers are supplied.
Off the kitchen you’ll find our second living area with access to the backyard. This living space is home to our queen sleeper sofa which is situated directly in front of our beautiful fireplace. A host of games can be found here on our game shelves. This room directly connects to our laundry room with quick wash and energy efficient appliances. Plenty of storage in here as well.
Off the laundry there is direct access to outside as well as the spacious 2 car garage.
The final room downstairs is our 5th bedroom with our futon sleeper and sit stand desk allowing it to double as an office. This is located directly next to the half bathroom downstairs for added convenience.
Upstairs you will find 4 spacious bedrooms two of which host a king size bed and two that host a queen size bed. The primary bedroom is incredibly spacious and has a wonderful en-suite bathroom with a shower/soaker tub combo, double vanities and double closets.
The secondary bathroom is shared with the other three rooms and is located in the hallway upstairs. It also has a shower/tub combo and double vanities.
The home is set up for both long term and short term stays with plenty of storage for those extended stays.
Outside you will find a spacious, fully fenced backyard with tons of amenities. Our 6 person hot tub will help you relax after a long day on the course, or check out our bbq fire pit where you can not only roast s’mores but cook some fantastic steaks on the open flame side grill. Not into fire pit cooking? That’s okay! We have a charcoal grill/smoker that is perfect for your summer BBQ season. There is also a trampoline for the younger visitors or young at heart adults!
Parking is plentiful with a 2 car garage, expansive driveway and street parking available.
