Take a 15 min ride South to Venice LA. Home of the Worlds Best Fishing! Each room of our rental has 1 full bed & 1 twin bed floor level. (No bunk beds) Total of 6 beds. Ability to Sleep 6 to 9 people depending on sleeping arrangements. All beds have liens and pillows. 1 full bathroom Provided with Shampoo & Body soap. Towels and face cloths for each guest.
We have a large back porch to sit and enjoy the morning or evening Breeze. Feel free to Have a Drink or smoke on the Porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts in proper contains. Please NO SMOKING Inside the House. The kitchen is fully furnished with Pots, dishes and silverware. Cups for drinking or coffee. Stove, Microwave Toaster and Fridge, coffee pot. Please make yourself at home and pick up after yourself.
There is a TV in living room that works of an antenna. Each bedroom has a Smart TV hooked to the Wi-Fi. Also a desk area incase some work needs tending too. The Wi-Fi available is also included no extra cost. We also have a variety of children books and games to help entertain the young ones. A mixture of adult books all in the Armoire. Beautiful Custom wood counter tops provided by Blackdog Michel. Along with other handmade wood decorations in house. House does have a neighbor behind it that lives in a trailer.
