This is a upscale home with an private elegant resort style back yard. Enjoy swimming year long in the inviting heated pool with a hot tub that over flows into the pool. The entire backyard has travertine pavers with an outdoor BBQ area. The BBQ is a huge stainless steel top of the line (Bull) gas grill. The BBQ island also seats 4. Pool can be heated to a constant 86 degrees all day long.
We also have a 30 foot by 5 foot wide awning and a pull down sun shade on the back patio! What a Great location this home has! This home is situated in a perfect location. It is only a 35 minute drive from (PHX) Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Spring training for the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians are only 10 minutes away! Perfect location for any sports fan! A short drive to watch the MLB Diamondbacks, NFL Arizona Cardinals, NHL Coyotes, NBA Phoenix Suns, NASCAR fans will love the short 10 minute drive to the Phoenix International Raceway. Amazing golf in your back yard! Some of the worlds best golf courses within a very short drive. Take in one of the MLB Cactus League games around the Phoenix Area also. Incredible Shopping and Dining options within a short drive. Also a perfect home base for all your day trips. We spent months looking for the perfect location for a vacation home. No where in the Phoenix area compared with Estrella Mountain Ranch. Your away from all the hustle and bustle from the city and it is incredible how quiet and peaceful it is at the home. If you enjoy stargazing than this is a perfect location for you. You will not believe how many stars pop out on a nice clear night! At night sit in the hot tub, turn out the lights and look up to the heavens! You will see plenty of shooting stars!
This house has the perfect layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with 10ft and 11 ft ceilings. You will look forward to a comfortable nights sleep on any of the Tempur Pedic mattresses. From the master you will love waking up to the mountain views and blue skies (almost) every morning. Master also has a huge walk in tile shower with rain head and wall shower head. Walk in closet is incredibly large.
The other 3 bedrooms consist of two queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One of the queen bedrooms is a guest suite that has it's own private bathroom with tile shower. The master and two queens all have wall mounted tv's with direct tv.
The kitchen is pretty incredible and very gourmet with every thing you need to prepare an incredible feast. Has all stainless steel top end ge appliances with gas cooktop.
House is very allergy free! Have Tempur Pedic Mattresses, Just installed a UV light on the Furnace/HVAC system that kills 99.9 percent of any allergens. No pets have ever been inside the house.
We have high speed internet wifi and cable.
The entire area is set up for outdoor activities. You will not find a better place to walk, run, hike, bike, golf or just relax. The community was set up with scenic walking, biking paths and miles of hiking trails with beautiful views.
For Larger groups needing more than 4 bedrooms, We can coordinate with the owner of a comparable luxury home a few houses up to accommodate your group.
