The property is located in an established neighborhood with elderly neighbors. The Parker/Panama City/Panama City Beach & Mexico Beach areas are still recovering from Hurricane Michael. While this home has been repaired other homes and businesses in the neighborhood and surrounding area may be in various stages of repair. At this time homes directly around the property are not under construction and the environment is extremely quiet.
