Welcome to Emerald Serenity! Located in a small, newer development of nine homes known as the Treasure Sands, the doors of this enchanting 5 bedroom, 4 bath home are now opened to you, welcoming couples and families alike with ultimate hospitality.
The open and spacious layout of the main floor encompasses the sophisticated and professionally decorated living room along with the luxurious, top-grade dine-in kitchen. The natural coastal-inspired beach interior decor scheme enhances the easy flow of the house with soothing neutral creams, splashes of earthy browns, sea-themed accents, dark hardwood floors and crisp white crown moulding.
The living room offers ample seating and is awash in a bounty of natural sunlight via the many featured windows. The kitchen presents a unified space with immaculate white cabinets, granite counters, and premium stainless steel appliances that offer every convenience and is fully stocked for cooking. The dining table includes seating for ten and shows off a striking series of luxury drop pendant lights that set the mood for a relaxed evening.
Proceed to the third floor master suite where a bed dressed in luxurious linens becomes the perfect place to rest your head and claim a refreshed night's sleep. The many accents and furniture pieces cohesively mimic the soothing vibes of the beach located only a short walk from the house. For the easiest beach access, a golf cart is included with the house to get back and forth.
