The loft has spacious ceilings and windows with a view into the happening downtown area and people walking around town. Walk to everything in downtown Memphis. This beautiful building is steps away from a great view of the Mississippi River, Gus’s Chicken and Old Dominick Distillery. Street parking is available.
The space
Entire loft. I do stay here occasionally when in town, so I do have some personal belongings here. There is plenty of closet space with empty hangers for guests. This place has the feel of home, not just an apartment with generic tourist furniture. You are welcome to condiments and any little things you need. Food and liquor is not for guests. If you need to use, I just ask you replace it.
Other things to note
This is a great location! Steps away from the river bluff with trails, sidewalks, and place for a picnic. There are bikes and motor scooters for rent right outside the door. You can walk to Beale Street, the Orpheum, Gus’s Famous Fried Chicken, Old Dominick Distillery and Grey Canary are across the street.
