Previous tenant was with us for over 6 months and loved the peace and quiet. 2016 tracer air permanently fixed with insulated skirting. Fresh well water, propane or electric heat, propane water heater, propane gas stove, pull in garage enough for one car or a jon boat. All items needed minus food and yourselves provided. 24/7 on site maintenance. Unlimited Wi-Fi. Fishing poles may be available upon request. Dogs allowed with refundable deposit but must be leashed due to free ranging poultry. Steep discount for monthly rental. Plenty of parking space for boat.
