The Space:
This comfortable coastal cottage has vaulted beamed ceilings, loft with ladder for extra play space, and primary bedroom with a King bed. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, range/oven, trash compactor, microwave, as well as all the necessary small appliances needed to prepare your favorite meal. The laundry room comes complete with a full-sized washer and dryer.
On the ground level you'll find an enclosed outdoor shower for a quick rinse off after your day at the beach. Plus, you'll discover a covered deck (to escape from the summer sun) and a shell/fish cold water cleaning station.

Stop by the local convenience store to snag some basic supplies and beverages, fill your bait bucket and/or rent a golf cart. Enjoy the Gulfside's uncrowded pedestrian beach (no cars allowed for 300 yards but golf carts welcomed) where you can setup your group's spot for the day on the beach to build sandcastles, jump in the surf, find unique shells and sand dollars, boogie board, shore & surf fish and build an evening bonfire. Or if preferred, utilize the available launch for your boat or fishing pier on the bayside. Some much to do so little time!

San Luis Pass and Treasure Island have been known all over the United States for being a saltwater fishing hotspot and the most amazing sunrises & sunsets! It is 15 mins from Surfside and across the bridge from Galveston's west end and only about 25-30 mins to the heart of Galveston Island's activities. Most people come to the area to spend quality 'non-commercialized" the with family, extended family, and friends!

Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
