Summary: First floor room had chlorine and sewer smell. No pillows for the sofa bed. Were not provided on request due to policy. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Pillows on beds were half the size of a regular queen bed pillow. Very noisy. Furniture was being moved at 10:30 pm and then again continuously starting 5:30 am. So loud that even kids couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was very limited, cold, eggs were terrible. Not a pleasant experience overall.
