The layout is convenient and guest-friendly, with direct access to the front balcony so you can step outside for fresh air, drink your morning coffee, sip your evening cocktail, or dine outdoors. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a stacked washer/dryer, as well as a half bathroom, making it simple for guests to freshen up without going upstairs. It’s especially handy during mealtime, beach days, or when entertaining.
