LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a comfy leather couch, two accent chairs, a coffee table, cozy blankets, and a large TV. Streaming apps are available for your personal log ins.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
The queen bed features a high quality and comfortable American-Made mattress, dressed in 100% Giza Egyptian cotton luxurious linens.
It also features a dresser to keep your belongings, two night stands, full length mirror, TV, two comfortable accent chairs, along with a large desk and chair. This bedroom also has a closet w/ hangers to store clothing.
The primary bedroom also includes a full bathroom with a shower, vanity, sink, toilet, and window to enjoy the natural lighting in this space. Shampoo, conditioner, and soft, resort-style towels are provided.
The heating & AC within this room are controlled by a separate heating & cooling system from the rest of the house. (Porta crib and baby high chair are available in the closet within this bedroom.)

BEDROOM # 2:
The queen beds feature high quality and comfortable American-Made mattresses, dressed in 100% Giza Egyptian cotton luxurious linens, cozy comforters and throw pillow.
This large bedroom also features two night stands, an accent chair, full length mirror, hanging wall hook, and an armoire with hangers to store clothing.
BEDROOM #3:
This bedroom includes a queen bed with a comfortable mattress, cozy throw blanket and pillows, night stand, dresser for storing clothing, a desk & chair, hanging wall hook, sitting bench, and a plush accent chair.
BATHROOM:
A full bathroom with a shower and bath, sink, and window to enjoy the natural lighting in this space. Shampoo, conditioner, and towels are provided.
AREA ATTRACTIONS & DAY TRIPS:
Popular day trips include hiking along the Blue Ridge Parkway, Appomattox Court House, Natural Bridge, Virginia Safari Park, Thomas Jefferson's Poplar forest, visiting Smith Mountain Lake and Liberty University's Snowflex Center (year-round skiing & tubing).
HOUSE RULES:
1. NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You must be at least 25 ft from the house if you smoke. We will impose an additional charge if our cleaning staff smells smoke after your stay.
2. NO EVENTS, GATHERINGS, OR PARTIES. No outside guests are allowed on the property without the permission of the hosts prior to your stay. We reserve this space for our confirmed, overnight guests.
3. We are sorry but no pets are allowed.
4. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
5. Please follow our simply CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS in the Guest Manual before departing.
6. Please do not wear shoes on the rugs so that we may keep our home in top condition. Thank you!

*Our property is professionally cleaned after each stay from top to bottom. The cleaning fee is a pass through meaning we make no money off of it. It goes directly to our cleaners and supplies.
*You must be 25 or older to rent this home. We're sorry, but we also only allow out of town guests.
*The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation.
*The outdoor cameras on the driveway, side door and front door are for your safety and security, and the home features a smart lock for convenient and smooth check-in.
*This home is equipped w/ fiber optic wifi w/ speeds up to 1000 mbps. Sit comfortably while you work at the master bedroom suite desk, 3rd bedroom suite desk or dining room table. Please feel free to use one of the two Smart Roku TV's as a second monitor if you wish.
