Upon entering this bright and airy villa, you are greeted with a view of the beautiful deep lanai, the pool area and the canal behind. There is a comfortably furnished living room plus a family / game room with a Billiard Table and a 55' flat screen, perfect to watch your favorite TV program. Both these rooms offer great pool and water views.The unique Master bedroom has two queen size beds, two night stands, dresser, flat screen TV, desk, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower and a garden tub. The Master bedroom also includes a half bath, which is serving as a pool bath. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have a King size bed. They are sharing a bathroom with shower/tub. Bedroom 4 is a second Master suite with King size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower.
Large open kitchen with double oven, kitchen island, stainless steel appliances and a pass-thru window to pool area for your convenience. Formal Dining with contemporary glass top table, comfy white chairs and a silver chandelier. You will enjoy glass sliders to your private lanai from 4 rooms. The oversized lanai with dazzling water views is ideally South West facing. A large pool and whirlpool (not a hot tub) are embedded in a spacious pooldeck. There are 2 dining tables with chairs and loungers for you to read, relax and catch the sun.
You will enjoy free access to two fantastic Tennis Courts, a party cabana and a children playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda
