Summary: We needed a relaxing weekend getaway and Jen provided that, and so much more. Jen is an excellent host, super kind and has created a truly magical space! Bonne Terre has a 5 star rating for a reason! The studio was very clean and is equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We cooked all of our meals in the very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the fresh eggs and delicious coffee provided. Even the smallest touches of hospitality throughout did not go unnoticed! The studio is beautifully decorated, filled with culture and creativity. We spent most of our time just relaxing and making our way through the extensive vinyl collection. There are also many books and movies dedicated to Louisiana culture. The whole farm is so charming! Jen introduced us to all of her animals and gave us a lovely tour of her gardens. It was nice to relax outside and just listen to the sounds of nature. We will definitely return in the future!
