You will understand why we call this home Blissful Bungalow when you step through the door, because the space feels comfy and soothing. It's an oasis of bliss that will get your vacation off to a great start. Relax in the living room and take in a movie on the big TV, fix a meal in the well appointed kitchen and step out onto the back deck and take in the serenity of the wooded setting. Grill out on the deck and have dinner outdoors or in the dining area next to the kitchen. This home is perfect for work, because we have two work spaces convenient for remote work and digital nomads.
After a day of adventure, come home and enjoy the company of your family and friends in the welcoming atmosphere of our living area which connects to the kitchen and dining areas. Retire to a great night's sleep on the comfortable beds in the generous and welcoming bedrooms, each decorated with a fun theme. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house each have a queen bed.
From here you are only minutes away from Brevard and all our shopping, dining, the Brevard Music Center, breweries and seasonal festivals. Join us for the White Squirrel Festival in early June, 4th of July celebrations, the Mountain Song Festival every September, and lots of fun activities on Halloween (Brevard is in Transylvania County, after all). Cyclists will love the annual April races that include the Assault on the Carolinas and the Pisgah Mountain Bike Stage Race. Join us in November for the Couch Potato MTB race. We are located close to Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest where you can experience hiking, fly fishing, mountain biking and enjoy some of the hundreds of waterfalls, rivers and creeks that grace our area. Asheville and Hendersonville are both about 45 minutes away, and both feature lots of attractions if you want to take a day trip or two.
Please note that the gravel driveway is a little steep and requires some finesse. As you exit it's better to keep your momentum going instead of stopping.
