NEW Sky blue leather fully reclining sofas, plus an individual recliner in the Living Room, especially for 'down time' in the evenings.
Four King bedrooms, plus a Bunk Room that sleeps 11.
There is plenty of gathering space and the Dining Area hosts seating for 10 at the table, with 4 barstools and in the Living area for another 4 dining spaces. There is a total of 18 comfortable seated dining spaces at one time.
On the first floor there is one King bedroom with NEW walk-in shower,especially for the "head of the house". Second floor has three King bedrooms beautiful views of gulf and on the third floor, one finds a very special bedroom that sleeps 11 with TWO TVs
This luxury home has parking for 5 cars, plus one more in the garage.
Step out the back door to the private pool, which can be heated if desired. There are two other pools on property and the North Pool has a hot tub.
