I do a complete inventory count on check out day. Please be respectful and keep in mind that I do provide kitchen essentials. Please be kind and leave these items for next guests' use. If any items show up missing on check out day, I will deduct replacement costs from your security deposit.
Golf Cart- There is a golf cart that can be rented with this unit. We do need to see proof of driver's license, proof of insurance and also a release that you are held liable for any damage to the golf cart, accountablefor any accidents that you or others are involved in. No one under the age of 18yrs is able to drive this. Please provide an email to send over this contract. There is a $250 fee for rental of the golf cart. PLEASE MAKE SURE the golf cart is charged, cleaned and not damaged .
Release of liabilitymust be signed before use of kayak. You Must wear a life jacket per Florida Law. Minors must be with an adult.
