This beautiful, spacious, new and cozy vacation home sits on a gorgeous 13 acre fenced and gated peninsula, with Watts Bar lake on three sides. Providing unobstructed views of the main channel and Long Island nature preserve. The Well manicured yard begs you to enjoy nature. where we have Osprey nest, Geese, Ducks and the occasional bald eagle swooping into the lake to catch fish.
We provide a boat launch that can accommodate boats of any size. As well as a Boat Dock to tie up at the end of the day. Across the adjacent cove is Long Island Marina with pontoon rentals, gas and a convenience store. On the weekends they offer food trucks.
Spend your days swimming, Kayaking, Canoeing, paddle boarding, boating or fishing. For your convenience we provide 3 kayaks a canoe and 4 paddle boards.
Spend your evenings by the large fire pit enjoying the perfect sunset
We also provide two large lake carts to take your gear to and from your boats and the dock. We can provide a golf cart upon request for elderly or special needs but, golf cart rules must be obeyed.

Location: We are centrally located 20 min from Oakridge. 20 min from west Knoxville and Turkey Creek Shopping center. 45 min from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. 5 min from I40 and 15 min from I75.
We do have 3 very sweet dogs on the property. 3 labs: Lula and her puppies Millie and prudence
They do like to bark until they get to know you. but, they are very sweet and loving and love to play fetch!
