This is a great house built from Granite from Grandfather mountain. There has been an addition of a 500 sf Great room that is fantastic. Nice open Living and Dining area with fireplace in the living room. There is a large unfinished basement with laundry and a garage. Sits on an acre lot on a curve overlooking the mountains with a lot of privacy. A beautiful view! Located just a few miles from ASU campus. Has 2 private bedrooms (1 queen and twin over queen bunkbeds). Also, has queen sleeper in the Living Room. Stated rate is for up to 4 guests. Additional charge of $10/night for 5th and 6th person. We require that renters be at least 25 years old. Outside only security cameras are in use at this property.
