The home features 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10 in 5 beds: 3 Kings and 2 Queens. 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite master bedrooms, each tucked into separate corners of the home. The larger of the 2 master suites features a 55-inch smart TV with streaming apps, comfy lounge seating area, luxurious king-sized Saatva mattress with 680-count linens, a massive spa-like bathroom with jetted tub, 2-person shower, 2 vanities and a huge walk-in closet. The 2nd master features a 40-inch flat screen TV, king-size Saatva bed, 680-count linens and an en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are tucked away on the opposite side of the house. The 3rd king-size bedroom (also a Saatva mattress) is connected to the 4th bedroom via a jack & jill bath with tub/shower combination and can serve as a 3rd master bedroom with en-suite. The 4th bedroom features two queen-size beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms also feature their own walk-in closets, 680-count cotton linens, hypo-allergenic pillows and comfy duvets with covers.

HEATED POOL
The pool features a water fall, grotto and water slide -- both controlled via a handy remote control, along with a basketball hoop for hours of outdoor entertainment. While plenty warm during summer months, as soon as Phoenix nighttime temps drop below 70, swimming pools quickly become too cold even for the hardiest winter visitors. Our high-efficiency gas pool heating system can bring the water temp back to a GUARANTEED 84° degrees Fahrenheit, the PERFECT swimming temp. If you would like to heat the pool during your stay, we charge AN EXTRA $75/day (in 24-hour increments only; no split days) for pool heating. We also require you notify us of your desire to heat the water no fewer than 2 days before your arrival date. We also require a 2-night minimum for pool heating.
CHEF/MASSAGE/YOGA
We also offer professional chef, as well as on-site massage and private yoga instructor services through several preferred partners. Chef Ricky Glass is professionally trained and can do everything from a curated meal for two prepared on site, to meal delivery. Sebastian, our masseuse, is expert at deep tissue massage and restorative treatments and can set up inside, or outdoors. And Shawnee can guide you through a restorative yoga class anywhere on the grounds. We strive to be amazing hosts, and great neighbors. So, we use a few tools to help us strike that balance that are in alignment with Airbnb policy: 1) we use security cameras to monitor access to the home through the front door and rear door; we do not capture or store any footage from these cameras, and no cameras are facing any private spaces in the home (bedrooms, bathrooms); 2) we deploy two Noiseaware sound level monitors -- one in the living room and one outside -- to ensure sound levels from our incredible whole-house audio system strike the balance between fun for our guests, and considerate of our wonderful neighbors.
The Neighborhood:
Just a 10-minute drive from Sky Harbor Airport, the home is located between The Biltmore and Arcadia on a quiet residential street. Los Olivos Park is just a block to the South, and Sprouts (grocery store) and Starbucks are a 5-minute walk. The Biltmore shopping center, Camelback corridor, Camelback Mountain trails, Arcadia eateries are a 5-minute drive, while Old Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square and Downtown Phoenix are no more than 15 minutes' drive in either direction.
Getting Around:
While cars in Phoenix are the easiest means of getting around, Uber/Lyft are plentiful. The driveway has plenty of space for up to 4 cars.

For those with mobility/balance issues, please note that the pool has no stair railings, so please use extreme caution when entering/exiting the water.
GUESTS
Guests are defined as anyone not included in the total number of people in your original reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 guests at any given time -- UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 10 people -- between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
For example, if your reservation is for 6 people you may have a max of 8 people (6 in the reservation and 2 guests) in the house from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. For example, if your reservation is for 10 people, you may not have any guests over as you’re already at the maximum of 10 people
NO GUESTS MAY BE IN THE HOUSE AFTER 9:00 p.m. during quiet hours and NO GUESTS MAY SPEND THE NIGHT.
