This gorgeous three bedroom two and half bath townhome in Echota on the Ridge has level entry and lots of natural light. Once you open the front door and enter the foyer, the main level master suite is located to your right. It features a king size bed with nice linens, a huge walk in closet, TV with cable, a plush chair, and nice Berber carpet. A large en suite bath with ceramic tile floors, a garden tub and walk-in shower adjoins the master bedroom.
Walk out of the master bedroom and into the foyer and find a half bath on the left of the front door followed by the laundry closet.
Walk down the small hallway and enter the kitchen, breakfast bar and open living and dining room area. The kitchen is well stocked for enjoying a meal at your vacation home. The dining table is large enough to comfortably seat six with overflow seating at the breakfast bar. The living room has cathedral ceilings, beautiful leather seating, TV with cable and streaming apps, and a floor-to-ceiling, stacked stone, propane gas fireplace. Beautiful hardwood floors adorn the main level.
Also on the main level is the exit for the deck which has seating and features a narrow layered mountain view.
Two additional large bedrooms are located upstairs. The king bedroom has a big closet, Berber carpets, TV with cable and streaming apps, side table large enough to set up a laptop and comfy chair next to the window. A surprise children's play nook with a twin bed, chalkboard and toys is tucked away in this bedroom.
A large bathroom sits between the two bedrooms upstairs. It has a standard tub and shower combo and ceramic tile floors.
The second bedroom has queen bed, Berber carpets and TV with cable. A day bed sits in the window for additional sleeping capacity.
One of the best features of this exceptional townhome is the proximity to the Echota on the Ridge clubhouse. This features an updated exercise area, outdoor pool, and hot tub ,which are only a stroll away during the summer months (May-October). You can see and hear the massive waterfall above the pool from the main level dining area windows. Enjoy billiards and large social area at the clubhouse.
