It maybe be possible that the photos are not a exact match since the layout of various apartments is different. However the size, area, facilities and amenities of all apartment is the same. By reserving this property, the guest agrees that they are acceptable to the fact that photos may not exactly match the actual apartment which they are allotted and they will not stake any claim for mismatch of the photos"
Pets are welcome WITH APPROVAL for a fee as long as they do not lay on beds/furniture or damage anything. There will be a $500 fee for any animals/pets brought without prior approval as the property will not allow unapproved pets.
Paid private parking is available on site at $ 20 /day (reservation is needed).
A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property.
During your stay, the flat is 100% yours. We ask you to use our accommodation as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect and to be considerate to your neighborhood.
