Summary: The property needs a lot of fixes; there was peeling paint and plaster falling from the walls; lots of roaches and ants that we had to keep killing. A totally a put off and not expected from a rental at this price point; The rental has 2 sections, with separate enterances; the door for the smaller one was totally broken and really difficult to open and lock; required huge amount of brute force to open it. The door looks like it had been cut up and welded back. All the grills outside the windows were totally rusted; a few of the sliding windows couldn’t be opened. The kitchen cabinets in the main part were totally broken and falling apart; glasses were dirty and had to be cleaned up super good before use; The fridge luckily was super clean; The beds were very clean and comfortable; one air conditioner’s remote wasn’t working; The main bathroom had issues; TP holder broken, open plumbing access panels, no walk in shower, just a tub that was difficult to get into and out for, especially with wet feet; shower head holder was broken and made it super difficult to take a proper shower! Overall, this rental is in a great location, but has to be taken off market, fixed up real good, with a lot of updates before it’s put back on. The cleaners and the contact person were super helpful and very communicative! Thanks to Fazia and Mohamed for some awesome support and help!
