There is plenty of parking. 3 cars in the driveway and an additional 4 cars can fit at the end of the road.
There is also enough room for a large horse trailer by where the additional paddock is. FYI we will not allow equine bookings until May 1st.
•For equestrians there is a fenced 3.5AC paddock for ample turnout; plenty of space for trailer turn-around; a nice new 2 stall barn equipped tack room & water. •Guests using the equestrian facilities must provide us with a copy of their Certificate of Liability Insurance with Banjo Lane Holdings, LLC listed as an additional insured. Current Coggins for each horse as well as current shot records. Guests using facilities must also sign a Waiver of Liability Form.
2 Stall Barn and Paddocks: $25 per stall per day; Mandatory $60/stall cleaning fee with $125 manure removal fee if need to be cleaned.. Stalls and barn need to be cleared of all shavings and other debris.
•Paddocks/pasture must be cared for & picked per standard protocols. Paddocks that are not picked will result in an additional $100 fee.
•Bumper Pull 2 Horse Straight load Trailer Available for Rent $50/Day – Must be covered under Renter’s Auto Insurance $60 cleaning Fee.
