This listing represents 2 homes and a private pool. You will be renting the whole property.

We welcome all guests who are respectful and appreciate the beauty and nature. Absolutely no loud music or loud parties at anytime! If you desire to have an event you will need to rent the entire place (2houses) and send us any and all details about your event. And we will be happy to consider it! :)
We have 2 houses sitting on the beautiful 3 acres of land, surrounded by 50 feet high evergreens,oak trees and palm trees with flying around butterflies and birds!
400 feet driveway leading you to our private Orchid Estate!
Both homes are fully equipped from A to Z, as well as 5000 sq ft pool deck gives you plenty of space to enjoy sun with your family and friends.
We are located just minutes to Ritz Carlton hotel, golf courses, white sandy beaches, stores, restaurants and all fun attractions.
NOTES:
**Standard occupancy is 12 guests. Maximum occupancy 14, For the 13th and 14th guest air mattress -( queen size) is provided.
** Kindly note that:- Parties, large gatherings, loud music and external visitors are not allowed on this property (without our prior approval)
** We allow bringing pets with you. Maximum of 3 pets allowed. Please select the total number of pets on your reservation or message us the total number of pets. All vet documents must be provided prior to your arrival. Pet fee is applied per pet!
** Refundable damage deposit: $1200! In case we will allow your type of event (with prior approval and with all information provided) the damage deposit will be $2500
** Please note that after the booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions needs to be signed, and also we require a photo ID.
