Total renovation done in 2018 to this 1500 sq ft. home. Tropical décor with all the amenities found in a well stocked home. Large fenced in back yard with brick patio area for grilling, lounging, dining or just enjoying a fire pit under the stars.
The master bedroom has a queen size Nectar mattress and pillows for perfect sleep. It also has a Tommy Bahama futon for additional sleep beyond 4 people. (Note: there is also a sleeper sofa added to the living room) The television is a smart TV with Netflex, amazon prime, and Internet access. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath and large walk in closet stocked with umbrella, kites, sand toys and other beach paraphernalia . The large chest of drawers has plenty of beach towels already stocked, as well as extra sheets.
The second bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the bathroom that is open to the rest of the house. It has a vinyl record player with classic albums for your listening pleasure :) It also has a double door large closet with additional towels and linens above and beyond what is stocked in the two baths.
In addition to a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, the kitchen has a kurig, blender, lots of pots and pans and a professional knife set for preparing your own meals. There are two complete sets of dishes and flatware as well as two sets of glasses. All are a tropical pattern with palm trees, tikis and/or seashells. Any food or supplies in the house are yours to use as you like.
The large great room has a television with a blue ray dvd player and lots of dvds to choose from. There are two sofa/chair combinations for more than adequate seating. We have added a sleeper sofa for added guests or for just watching TV in the great room. The dining area has seating for four, but there are wood trays for any extra needs or for snacking later.
Every room has ceiling fans for extra comfort and the heat pump is new, so no worries about the weather,
There is parking for two vehicles.
