The location is indeed superb.

Designed with comfort in mind, the living area is furnished with plenty of seating including a queen sleeper sofa, features expansive windows that capture impressive views, and opens to a wrap-around balcony with outdoor seating. The casual dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it a pleasure to enjoy a quick meal or snack. Conveniently located near the living area is a half bath for guests and a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Our tastefully appointed bedroom is furnished with a king bed and adjoins a private bath.

Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining.
