– A respecter la destination du logement et à ne lui apporter aucune modification
– A autoriser le propriétaire à effectuer, pendant la durée de la location, toute réparation commandée par l'urgence en renonçant par avance à prétendre quelconque indemnité ou réduction du loyer de ce chef
